As was the case at the Miami OCRs, Lee Parkhill is the D3er battling best with the likes of Nick Thompson and Paul Goodison. He is sailing in the yellow fleet of the qualifying series with Rasmus Myrgren and Paul Goodison (3rd and 2nd respectively in the overall standings). Nick Thompson is in the Blue fleet. His scores in the first three races, run on Thursday, scored him two fours and a three. Nicely done.
Within striking distance in this strong fleet is Rob Davis in the blue fleet with scores of 11, 6, and 9. Davis is currently 14 overall. Greg Clunies is 25 and Evan Lewis a bit further back in 29.
In the Radials, Brenda Bowskill is shining brightest, but back in the pack a bit in 30th. Next on the D3 team is Samantha Power from Kingston Yacht Club.
